Contractors Termite and Pest Control offers Annual Control Service which provides you with a bundled service program to bring your property under our control service protection.

Getting Started 

To begin this program you must schedule a termite inspection (at no cost or obligation*). We will provide a comprehensive inspection of your property* and report to you any active infestations and recommend methods for treatment and control. We will also recommend a treatment to all exposed wood framing in your attic and garage area, this is a preventive measure to protect against future infestations.

Once this is completed we will offer you our bundled services program.

Standard Bundled Service

An annual renewal (control service) for both subterranean and Drywood termites. This annual control service provides an annual inspection of your property* and includes the treatment of any active infestations found and noted. In addition we will provide bi-monthly pest control service to your property. Pest control service includes exterior treatment with interior services upon request. This service, should it be sold separately, based on standard size home, would be $643.00.

Our bundled service is: $479.70 or $79.95 every other month.

Premium Service An annual renewal (control service) for both subterranean and drywood termites. This annual control service provides an annual inspection of your property* and includes the treatment of any active infestations found and noted. In addition we will provide bi-monthly pest control service to your property. pest control service is exterior with interior services upon request. Our premium service includes the placement of insect monitoring stations in areas likely to be under pressure such as laundry, kitchen and garage. Stations will be checked at each service interval. Also included in this service is the installation of termite monitoring stations, placed at the exterior of your home. These stations provide an opportunity to monitor for subterranean termite activity, once activity is detected a control method it put into place. This services, should it be sold separately, based on a standard size home, would be $1246.00

Premium bundled service is: $996.00 annually or $296.00 down and $117.00 every other month for the first year and $714.00 or $119.00 every other month for the second and each subsequent year thereafter.

Offers are based on the following:

• Property pricing is based on standard size single family home up to 1900 square feet.
• Annual control treatment will not exceed original treatment, if a fumigation was performed then a fumigation is covered, if localized treatment(s) were performed then localized re-treatment will be included in this annual agreement. Property may require fumigation during the life of your control service agreement, fumigations will be priced at a 15% discount, provided annual service agreement is current and in place.
